Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy
Definitely weird and very nearly wonderful and youll never look at your local newsreader in the same way again.
Good movie, good movie, wherefore art thou good movie?
A punchy, cleverly-written girlie gambol with a heart of gold and a cast primed and ready for the big time.
B-movie sci-fi fans will revel in the references, and kids will enjoy the spectacular effects and funny creatures, but Monsters vs. Aliens, while a technical marvel, isnt much more than a pleasantly forgettable kid flick without its 3-D.
Funny in parts, uncomfortable in others, this tale of man-dumped-by-TV-star girlfriend-goes-to-Hawaii couldve been so much better.
