Reviews Featuring Guy Pearce
Entertaining in parts, but shallow and nonsensical in far too many others. Not bad for filling an hour-and-a-half but only if youve got a time machine of your own handy so you can then go back and watch something better.
Prison heist comedy with a structure that goes a bit out of joint once its main characters are, er, out of the joint.
A film that grows increasingly more ridiculous as it wears on, butll still leave you feelin (feline??) pretty good at the end.

I'm afraid you probably won't be afraid of Don't be Afraid of the Dark, A very middle of the road horror film that's not great but okay for a bit of mindless entertainment.
Ridley Scott sets up Prometheus perfectly, only to vomit up a very unsatisfactory conclusion. A missed opportunity.
