Freelance journalist Gary Panton has been writing on-line content since 1997, and has worked for a number of well-known web sites, magazines and press agencies.

A shameless devotee to the movie, TV, music and celebrity worlds, Gary has experience of comedy writing at the Edinburgh Television Festival and, a graduate of the University of Stirling, holds an Honours degree in Film & Media Studies.

He also has a strong background in sports writing, and is the editor of an award-winning football fanzine, Blue Heaven. In January 2005, Gary also launched TV Mince, a UK TV magazine for people who don't get out much. But, alas, it’s not all fun and games – Gary is also a St Johnstone supporter.
