Ben Mendelsohn
Reviews Featuring Ben Mendelsohn
A true story about prejudice and old boys' networks, as engaging as it is important.
A refreshingly mature gangster movie from Australia. Characterisation, themes and plot dominate Animal Kingdom and leave no room for the usual childish romanticisation.
A standard conspiracy thriller that looks great but doesn't really deliver on entertainment value. Gary McKendry does succeed in making watching Killer Elite feel just like stepping back in time to Britain in the grim 1980s though.
Certainly a great action spectacle but this time it's a slightly flawed cinematic event from Christopher Nolan.
