Ben Shenkman
Reviews Featuring Ben Shenkman
Roger's long dark night of the soul reveals a character whose deep flaws prove that those who can't, teach, making him compulsively watchable and excruciatingly entertaining. Highly recommended, except to any male having a midlife crisis.
Dont let the title put you off this is quite a bit easier going than 'The Passion of the Christ'!
A bit like those angels wings, its sporadically up-lifting in a way that doesnt quite make sense but more often than that its a maudlin chore with too scant a reward.
Be it a dream or a nightmare, this was one of the must-sees of 2000.
