Bruce Campbell
Reviews Featuring Bruce Campbell
The Coen brothers are capable of better, but when it takes other Hollywood competition to court, 'Intolerable Cruelty' comes out with the winning verdict. Mainstream enough to get a general audience, quirky enough to keep fans of 'Raising Arizona' and 'The Big Lebowski' smiling.
Put a former president, the king of rock n roll, and an ancient soul-sucker all under one roof, and things are bound to get interesting just not quite interesting enough in this horror comedy with a melancholic edge.
A gentle culture clash comedy that's easy on the brain. Dave Boyle packs in likeable characters and clever observational humour.
