Cedric The Entertainer
Reviews Featuring Cedric The Entertainer
A satirical, clever and engaging comedy, all done on the lowest of budgets you see, it CAN be done!!
A break from the norm for the Coen boys, but this so-so attempt at an old-school screwballer only just manages pass marks.
The Coen brothers are capable of better, but when it takes other Hollywood competition to court, 'Intolerable Cruelty' comes out with the winning verdict. Mainstream enough to get a general audience, quirky enough to keep fans of 'Raising Arizona' and 'The Big Lebowski' smiling.
Barbershop 2: Back in Business
This is a second hair-cut we didnt need.
Imagine 'Debbie Does Dallas' without the pornography, and you'll have an idea of the gruelling emptiness of this cop-meets-cheerleader comedy.
More wise guys, more sharp lines, but less biting satire in this inferior 'Get Shorty' sequel.
This is one overly-long Johnson youll want to have cut off at the root.
Dreamworks quest to find a non-Shrek vehicle capable of matching Pixar continues but Madagascar makes for a nice distraction in the meantime.
Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted
Inoffensive fun for the kids with everyone tagging along from the first two installments but with enough new stuff to keep the kids, and any adults who might be partially paying attention, entertained.
