Colm Meaney
Reviews Featuring Colm Meaney
A well-acted, ambitiously plotted directorial debut which will leave you with a big smile. If all romantic comedies had this much cynicism, violence and raw energy, there would be hope for the genre.
Make sure you grab a slice of the cake.
This no-brainer from Hollywood delivers just the right amount of genuine shocks, suspense and unpredictability to make it into guilty pleasure territory.
Better than The Hangover, Get Him to the Greek is funny and raunchy, owing much of its charm to the perfectly cast Russell Brand, Jonah Hill, and Sean P. Diddy Combs.
Would have been one of the better football dramas (facing stiff competition from practically none) had it not been based on a vastly superior book. This football love-in really needs a darker edge to make it more The Wrestler than Escape to Victory.
