Its been done before, of course, but this movie does it much better than most. Those who love teen romances will enjoy this film, but dont overlook it if the genre doesnt usually appeal. This film will please a much wider audience than one might expect including adults and even the men may need a tissue for the ending.
One of the funniest movies of the 80s, "Roxanne" hasnt aged a bit and remains as side-splitting as ever.
Quentin Tarantino is a genius, and this is his masterwork. Exuberant, inventive, kinetic, violent and fun, it grabs your attention right from the beginning and never lets go. Quite possibly the reason cinema was invented.
Thrilling, accessible and visually magnificent, its high time we all made room for another watch of this timeless slice of sci-fi noir.
Film noir washes up against political satire, in this dizzying portrait of the American dream being sold down the river.
