An outstanding and moving film that will appeal to both men and women one doesnt need to know or care anything about baseball to be inspired by it. Not to be missed.
The Magdalene Sisters
A simultaneously dark and light tale, told with minimum fuss and maximum effectiveness. Just be warned Sister Act it aint.
The Hours
The “twist” is predictable, the soundtrack lousy and the acting unnatural at best. A truly awful film.
The Guru
An entertaining film full of gags that will cheerfully while away a couple of hours without requiring much thought or concentration.
Sweet Sixteen
An outstanding, touching, gritty and emotional film full of harsh reality that truly deserves the accolades it has received. Well worth making the time to see.
