Entertaining and funny if not amazingly clungetastic.
Comedy
Zombieland
A fresh and witty zomcom with lots of laughs and great characters that just doesn’t have quite enough to fill the whole film.
Post Mortem
Post Mortem uses a morgue worker, a cabaret dancer and a violent coup d’etat to prove that love and heroism is far from dead. A well-written, interesting, funny and disturbing film.
Cool Runnings
A perfect family film with plenty of inspirational scenes, humour and moments of John Candy magic. Great for a rainy Sunday afternoon.
The Hangover Part II
A remake rather than a sequel, Part II is lacking in any riotous humour and comes across as a completely pointless and infuriatingly unoriginal addition to the fantastic sleeper hit that was The Hangover.
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
Pirates of the Caribbean: Seriously That’s Enough Now. No longer fun or original and a bit of a mess of competing egos and escalating but boring action sequences.
