Clunky in some scenes, decent in other, Mirrors is an unevenly scary flick thats utterly predictable yet still kinda scary.
Horror
Drag Me to Hell
Sometimes funny, often scary, Drag Me To Hell is exactly what a horror gal likes in her moviesblood, goats, bugs, and people I dont want to see die.
My Bloody Valentine
Theres nothing new here as far as slasher flicks go, but the 3D twist at least adds a bit more value to your movie ticket dollar.
The Haunting in Connecticut
Definitely no new territory here, but The Haunting in Connecticut still manages to elicit a few screams and gives us characters were actually hoping will survive.
The Last House on the Left
Not a bad effort, but well made as it is, it suffers from the predictability that its predecessor didnt have to worry about.
Funny Games U.S.
An exact replica (in English) of the original, this couldve been a superior psychological thrillerand it STILL couldve made its pointbut instead, it comes off as patronizing and snobby.
