Back To The Future Trilogy

July 21, 2003 by Gary Panton

Original, exciting, entertaining and practically impossible to copy. The third film may be a tad weaker than the first two, but put together this is probably the finest movie trilogy ever. Yes, okay, I'll say it - it's better than 'Star Wars'.

Dark Blue

July 21, 2003 by Gary Panton

A well-acted and at times extremely violent thriller. It'll hold your attention, but offer little that's fresh.

Superman

Local Hero

Bill Forsyth's finest work of all, this is a perfect film. It might even give you an urge for a wee dram of whisky.

Legally Blonde

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider

July 21, 2003 by Gary Panton

Potty-level action flick. Call me old fashioned, but I'm sticking to Indiana Jones.
