Gillian Anderson
Reviews Featuring Gillian Anderson
Chris Carter shouldve known better, and yet, here it is, a movie from the man who created a classic TV show that is not even as good as the worst of its episodes.
Despite having some amusing moments, Johnny English is too sanitised and features too much unfunny slapstick to appeal to even a semi-sophisticated audience. Hopefully it's not the death knell for Rowan Atkinson.
Princess Mononoke is accessible anime close to its best, A multi-layered, interesting storyline and a measured mix of action, plot and the weird spiritual stuff make it a winner.
A nicely low-key take on an interesting point in the Northern Ireland situation that engages but doesn't quite push the envelope when it should.
