A great musical, a fantastic comedy and a darkly satirical sci-fi and make sure you pay attention to the lyrics of the songs or youll miss out on some of the best laughs of the lot.

Dreadful songs being poorly sung and a story being poorly told. Id rather listen to fingernails being dragged along a blackboard than have to sit through this again.
Beauty and the Beast
Not perfect, but good family entertainment with a few laughs and plenty of lovey-doveyness along the way.
The Lion King
Regardless of Disneys reasons for choosing to release this now, its a fantastic example of just how good the pre-Pixar generation toons could be. A real mane attraction (arf!).
Gigi
Uplifting and cheerful 1950s musical that perhaps didn't deserve all the accolades it has received but certainly came close.
