Romance, laughs, action, gangsters – there’s something for almost everyone in this slick Monte Carlo-set French romcom
Thank you, Simon Cowell, now these street dancers are everywhere. Awfully scripted, acted and packaged, stay away from this mess at all costs.
Like an attractive newsreader, Inception is intelligent, pretty and makes you think, which is a novelty nowadays in the world of the blockbuster. An extremely well-executed heist movie with a twist and another success for Christopher Nolan.
Bella and Edward fans will love it, and the Team Jacob members get lots of shirtless wolf guy, but its all a little too sparkly.
It’s a mess, and Megan Fox is pretty much pointless, but Jonah Hex has its moments of B-movie Western fun.
Both an homage to the original and a franchise for a new generation, this re-invention is full of action and strong performances, if not a bit too long.
A good detective thriller made great by an eye-opening ending. It’s just such a shame that, unless you’ve been living in North Korea or in Josef Fritzl’s basement for fifteen years, no-one will come to this movie untouched by the hype.
Okay but not great, Black Death is deftly moody and unsentimentally brutal in parts but never really hits its stride when it should.
If you fancy anything edgier than this self-indulgent rubbish then go fishing.
